How do monthly and yearly subscriptions work?

Monthly and yearly plans grant credits after payment. Subscription credits reset every 30 days and are valid only during the active subscription period.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits are cleared and refreshed every 30 days. They are meant for use within the current subscription cycle.

How do one-time credit purchases work?

One-time credit packs grant the purchased credit amount after payment. These credits are permanent and do not expire.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Subscription, click Manage Billing, and enter the email address you used for payment. You will receive an email with a cancellation link. After cancellation, your current subscription remains active until the end of the billing period and will not renew automatically. You can re-enable auto-renewal at any time.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Choose the subscription plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to, then enter the email address you used for payment on the confirmation page. You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to complete the change. If you cannot continue, contact [email protected].
